IGN just reported that the Playstation exclusive game will be released on October 4th, 2011. The release date is just before the crazy month of November which tons of games are being released. So far for the month of November is Uncharted 3, Elder Scrolls 5, and Battlefield 3. We can also expect that Call of Duty will be released that month, and some of the other rumored titles coming out in November are Metal Gear Solid Rising, Alien Colonial Marines, and Assassins Creed 4.
Twisted Metal was originally planned to be a PSN title but Sony wanted to make it a full game, so the team got hard to work and now it looks like we will be able to buy it this October for the Playstation 3. I personally am very excited and will most likely be picking this up once it is released.
