Last night at midnight, the open world zombie game Dead Island was released to the public. Unfortunately I was unable to pick it up. But this morning I saw posts all over the steam board claiming that this is a developer build of the game, not the finished version. Characters getting deleted, the ability to go to 3rd person and see unfinished and unnatural animations, and the ability to noclip. Also found on the steam forums was code directly from the PC version of the game that looked to be written for the Xbox 360. Hopefully this gets fixed quickly as Dead Island looks like a very fun video game.
